Challenge your brain with a jigsaw puzzle designed by an independent artist!   Our puzzles are made from premium 0.2" thick paper stock and include a semi-gloss coating on the top surface to make the image pop.   Puzzles are available in two different sizes, and each puzzle includes a puzzle box with the artwork printed on the top for safe storage when you're not puzzling.   The puzzle pieces are unique shapes.

Artist's Description

The famous café and restaurant La Maison Rose - The Pink House - in Montmartre, Paris, France. On the corner of rue l'Abreuvoir (horse trough street) and rue des Saules (willows street), this iconic building is set in the quaint hilltop village of MontMartre just behind Sacré Coeur and the street artists precinct of Paris. Dai Wynn painted this idyllic scene in oils on linen panel. 40.6cm high by 30.5cm wide by 0.3cm deep.

Dai Wynn

Some of my friends wonder why I have changed my name from David to Dai. The short answer is that I haven’t. My parents, sisters and immediate family always used Dai (but pronounced “day”) as a short form of David — a nickname if you like. However, it appears that the Welsh adopted the name "Dai” (pronounced “die”) as a short form of Dafydd (pronounced “Dahveth”) the patron saint of Wales and also known as St David just across Offa’s Dyke. Why Wales? Well the name “Wynn” means fair-skinned or white in the Welsh language and my ancestors were certainly from around those parts (others were from Ireland and Cornwall, but paid full fare to sail to Australia.
